Python + Django Senior Tech Lead at BairesDev

We are looking for a Python & Django Senior Tech Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of high-performing applications. You will lead a team of talented developers, provide strategic direction, and ensure best practices are followed to build scalable solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

What You?ll Do:

- Lead a team of developers, guiding architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using Python and Django.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features.
- Perform code reviews, set coding standards, and foster technical excellence within the team.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Serve as a key technical advisor, assessing and balancing trade-offs in technical decisions.

What we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in Python and Django development.
- Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and seamless integration with back-end systems.
- Proven track record in application architecture, data modeling, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes.
- Advanced skills in team leadership, project planning, and risk management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
