Product Architect / R+D at BairesDev

We are looking for an outstanding Product Architect to join BairesDev's Research & Development (R&D) team.

Our R&D team is an integral part of our technology solutions that generate millions in revenue each year, so we hire only the best of the best. What You Will Do:

- Create and maintain robust product roadmaps and backlogs to build features, epics, and user stories. Work with development teams on sizing and estimating.
- Participate in daily scrums to resolve product roadblocks, answer questions about stories, and validate "done" stories.
- Provide stakeholders with regular status updates on product demos, risks, and opportunities.
- Secure product investment, support the sales process, and create business cases.
- Assist with analysis and market research as needed to define a product and support customers.
- Work across multiple phases and multiple projects for a single customer
- Manage the continuous improvement of the product.
- Help establish and manage the product management process.
- Identify business opportunities and solve them with technical expertise.
- Serve as a conduit for internal and external customer requirements.
- Control and monitoring tools should be managed.
- Manage risks and issues.
- Ensure product quality.

Here?s what we are looking for:

- Solid experience in similar roles.
- Agile Product Owner with 6+ years of experience
- 2+ years of business analysis experience, including gathering functional requirements, and understanding user pain points.
- Additional project management or software development experience
- Product development experience, from design to testing.
- Previous experience learning existing products as well as building them from the ground up.
- Results-oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Advanced level of English.
