WE'RE HIRING AN INTERVIEW COORDINATOR!

We are looking for an Interview Coordinator to join our team and manage the interview process smoothly and efficiently!

What you?ll do:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
Communicate with candidates to confirm interview details and provide necessary instructions.
Maintain an organized calendar and track the status of interviews.
Assist in preparing interview materials, including candidate profiles and job descriptions.
Handle any interview-related logistics, such as booking meeting rooms or virtual interview platforms.
Work closely with the HR team to improve the interview process and candidate experience.

What we?re looking for:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
English B2 or higher.
Own PC or laptop with a stable internet connection.
