At Win & Winnow, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our market presence, identify qualified prospects, and start conversations with organizations that could benefit from our solutions.

We're a global team of Winnowers making information accessible. We blend content management services, digital accessibility solutions, and smart tech to remove communication barriers.

In this role, you'll contribute directly to our growth by combining B2B prospecting, relationship building, and early-stage sales activities. You'll work with a strong sales technology stack to support outreach, follow-ups, pipeline visibility, and opportunity management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding business needs, connecting with people, and turning conversations into long-term business relationships.

What you'll do
-Identify, research, and connect with qualified B2B prospects aligned with our target markets and services.
-Build initial relationships through outreach, networking, and relevant industry events.
-Understand prospect needs and communicate our solutions in a clear, relevant, and value-driven way.
-Qualify leads and develop new business opportunities.
-Prepare quotes and commercial proposals for company services.
-Manage your sales pipeline, ensuring leads, opportunities, and follow-ups are properly tracked.
-Work toward defined sales goals and annual quotas, contributing directly to company revenue objectives.
-Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and challenges.
-Use CRM, prospecting, outreach, and AI tools to support efficient sales activities.
-Track sales activities, lead progress, opportunities, and key performance indicators.
-Contribute ideas and insights to continuously improve our sales processes.

Your experience & strengths
-Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or a commercial role.
-Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar platforms.
-Tech and AI savvy, with the ability to quickly explore and adopt new tools.
-Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
-Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
-Strong resourcefulness, accountability, and growth mindset.
-Goal-oriented, organized, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of your follow-ups and commitments.
-Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building meaningful business relationships.
